2nd Line Support Engineer - Win7/8/10, Office365, IT Support
£23-27k per annum - Norwich
CloudScope are looking for a 1st line support professional for one of the most recognised brands in the renovations industry. You will be tasked to be the first point of contact and support for internal IT solutions across the business.
- First point of contact for internal IT support
- Supporting internal PC's - Win7/8/10, 2008, 2012, 2016
- Setting up client email accounts and website hosting in Linux and Windows environments
- Installing and upgrading software
- Administrating IP Phone systems and supporting internal applications
- Escalate 3rd line support to relevant parties
- Confident providing over the phone with a professional and friendly manner
- Passion for and a good level of knowledge around IT
- Previous experience in the outsourced IT industry would help but is not essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Hardware and software support
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Salary : Between £23-27k DOE
Commute: Thetford, Cromer, Dereham, Acle, Attleborough, Wymondham, Wroxham, Watton
Working Hours: 9AM - 17:30PM with an hour for lunch and flexible start time
Who would suit this role?
This role would suit someone who is currently in a 2nd line position looking to join a well established organisation to grow in and develop further. You will need 2-3 years experience and be able to communicate well with colleagues.
